Young Adult Author Echo Brown Dies: Echo Brown has died at age 39 from lupus. The Cleveland native moved to California after college and performed a one woman show at The Marsh theater. Her debut YA novel Black Gir Unlimited: The Remarkable Story of a Teenage Wizard was published in 2020.
