ACL Meeting Friday, February 13, 2026: Just a quick reminder for our Bay Area members! Please join us for our ACL Meeting on Friday, February 13, 2026 from 9:00am-Noon, at the Oakland Public Library, 125 14th St., Oakland, CA 94612. Enter through the meeting room doors on Madison. There is street parking available, and a parking garage on Jackson.
Our professional development this month will be our annual Distinguished Books Roundup, where we finalize our list of the best children and teen books of 2025.
Also, there will be a large booksale! Books we received and reviewed, or are no longer new enough to review, will be on sale! Bring your checkbook or cash and boxes/totebags for the booksale!
Members who write our reviews can also pick up new books that are to be reviewed!
