2025 ACL Performers’ Showcase Registration is Open

Happy New Year! 

The 2025 Performers’ Showcase will be held on Saturday 1st February at the Fremont Main Library. Don’t miss this wonderful chance to select the right performers for your community!

Come see over thirty children’s performers, all in one day, all in one place! Presented annually by the Association of Children’s Librarians of Northern California, the Performers’ Showcase is a great day of entertainment that will run from 9 am until 4:30 pm, with a break for lunch.

This year, we have a special price for ACL members: $15 advance registration, or $20 at the door (cash or check only, please!) 

For non-ACL members: $20 advance registration, or $25 at the door (cash or check only, please!)

through 31st January 2025, or use the attached form to mail in a check (postmarked by 25th January 2025). 

Performers include musicians, puppeteers, magicians, circus acts, storytellers and more — all eager to perform in libraries and schools for $500 or less. Featured artists include first-time Showcase performers as well as bilingual performers.

Attendees may book performers on the spot or at a later date. Everyone will receive a digital folder containing publicity material for all performers.

And, as always, we have free admission for children accompanied by adult audience members!

The Fremont Main Library is located at 2400 Stevenson Boulevard, Fremont, (510) 745-1400. For lunch, a variety of restaurants are in the shopping areas along Paseo Padre Parkway to the north of the Library. If the Main Library parking lot is full (this is possible on a Saturday afternoon), look for signs pointing towards overflow parking areas.
