For our professional development session, Dr. Debbie Reese will talk about classic and newer children’s books featuring Native Americans/Indigenous people. Many of you know her from her blog: American Indians in Children’s Literature (AICL) (americanindiansinchildrensliterature.blogspot.com).
We will also hear about the latest Outstanding books that are reviewed, and our Distinguished books.
