ACL Meeting Friday, August 11, 2023: Just a quick reminder for our Bay Area members! Please join us for our ACL Meeting on Friday, August 11, 2023, from 9:30am-Noon. We will be meeting at the Oakland Main Library.
We will be honoring our four new Life time members: Linda Perkins, Nina Lindsay, Kathy Haug, and Josh Rees!
For our professional development session, Penny Peck will offer her annual overview of new picture books that will be fun for storytime. These will include participatory and interactive stories. Attached is a document with the books she will talk about.
We will also hear about the latest Outstanding books that are reviewed, and our Distinguished books.
