Storytime Ideas
Dinosaurs
Many librarians have voiced concern that not enough boys (compared
to the number of girls) visit their libraries. My library programs draw
at least as many if not more boys than girls, so you could try some of
these storytime ideas that I know appeal to boys! More boys than girls
are kinetic learners, so they need a hands-on project to help them relate
to the storytime. Dinosaur art projects can be found very easily on www.enchantedlearning.com.
