These series graphic novel imports from England present their individual topics with a touch of humor, as they educate and entertain readers about dinosaurs and space. Mason’s narrative text explains how dinosaurs are found, studied, and displayed; or the various ways humans have explored space over time. Bradley’s digital illustrations are comically simple while providing many supporting details to the humorous narration that readers will appreciate. The graphic novel format keeps the information and narration flowing, while aptly explaining the topic. Great for young primary grade readers and useful for readers exploring either topic.
