As of 10th October 2010, all 32 slots of the 2011 Performers’ Showcase were filled. To anticipate the inevitable schedule conflicts and /or dropouts, performers who apply after the September 2010 deadline were allotted a place on the waiting list, and were notified if/when a space opened up.

In previous years we have had a designated space for a few performers other than those at the Showcase to meet and greet the audience. We no longer have space for this. However, performers not in the Showcase 2011 line-up may choose to mail in advance up to 50 flyers that will be placed on a table for the audience to pick up. These The Showcase is also open to all who wish to join as paying members of the audience; performers who join the audience may not actively solicit during the program and are asked not to appear in costume. The focus of this event is on the 32 performers in the official line-up.

Those sending brochures in advance should send them to Fremont Main Library, 2450 Stevenson Blvd., Fremont CA 94538 - Please write on the outside: ATTN: Kay Lingo/ For table distribution.
